Mixed Refrigerant Refrigeration (MR Refrigeration) refers to a refrigeration technology that uses a blend of two or more refrigerants with specific compositions to achieve efficient cooling. Different components evaporate and condense at different temperature ranges, enabling better temperature matching and improved thermodynamic efficiency. Compared with single-component refrigerants, mixed refrigerants offer lower energy consumption and superior performance in cryogenic and industrial cooling applications. The technology is widely used in LNG liquefaction, industrial refrigeration, air separation units, hydrogen liquefaction, and advanced cold-chain systems. The upstream of the mixed refrigerant refrigeration industry chain mainly includes suppliers of fluorochemical raw materials, hydrocarbon raw materials, industrial gases, and specialty chemicals, involving basic refrigerants such as methane, ethane, propane, isobutane, R32, R125, and R134a.
