The downstream includes semiconductor equipment OEMs, gas-system integrators, Fab facility engineering companies, wafer fabs, advanced packaging plants, photovoltaic and display equipment manufacturers. Future competition will shift from standalone sensor manufacturing to integrated capabilities in high-purity materials, clean manufacturing, long-term stability, customer BOM qualification and rapid service delivery.
