Neutral tin plating solution is an aqueous electroplating chemical used to form a pure tin deposit on the surface of a conductive substrate through electrodeposition under neutral or near-neutral pH conditions. The solution typically consists of soluble tin salts, complexing agents, conductive salts, and functional additives, which help maintain bath stability, regulate the electrodeposition rate of tin, and improve the uniformity, compactness, solderability, and surface quality of the tin deposit.
