Electronic Grade Hydrogen Peroxide is an ultra-clean, high-purity aqueous hydrogen peroxide solution designed for electronic wet-process applications, especially semiconductor wafer cleaning, etching, photoresist removal, CMP oxidation, display panel processing, LED manufacturing, photovoltaic cell processing, and PCB etching. Compared with industrial hydrogen peroxide, it requires much stricter control of trace metals, anions, particles, TOC, stabilizers, packaging cleanliness, and batch consistency, usually following SEMI Grade 1 to Grade 5+ or equivalent customer specifications. The Electronic Grade Hydrogen Peroxide market is mainly driven by the expansion of semiconductor wafer fabrication capacity and the rising number of wet cleaning and oxidation steps in advanced chip manufacturing. Hydrogen peroxide is used in RCA cleaning, post-etch cleaning, metal residue removal, CMP slurry oxidation, wafer surface conditioning, and selected etching systems. As device structures become smaller and more complex, fabs require lower metal contamination, fewer particles, more stable chemical behavior, and tighter batch-to-batch consistency.
